Changing The

Narrative

Delivering The Perfect Massage:

  • This is a sophisticated service, targeted to those who share my value for quality and attention to detail. I believe that is achieved by virtue of a committed professional relationship between the therapist (myself) and client (you). I ask short application form (here) to be completed allowing me to work with those who are best suited for my approach.

  • I have taken a brave decision to structure my service to intentionally limit my treatment schedule. This allows me to provide the highest quality service to a small selection of long-term and committed clients. I’m sure you would agree, no one wants to fee like they are just another costumer. Join the movement that champions supports and champions independent business.

  • I engender trust, competence, relaxation (see my profile below). These are essential considerations before inviting a therapist into your home. The consultation process aims to establish this relationship so that you are confident to put your body and mind into my hands during the treatment.

  • I offer a complementary home-made and organic lotion made from Shea Butter, Hemp Seed Oil and Lavender extract. This ointment is used to enhance your treatment. However, there is a basic selection of simple massage oil and cream on offer if this is preferred.

  • The standard treatment time for a booking is 2 hours (minimum). My treatment typically covers the whole body, subject to individual requirements. Your exact treatment preference will be discussed during the consultation session.

My Background

My military service (during my formative years) has led me to build a practice that has military core values at its foundation: Courage, Discipline, Respect for Others, Integrity, Loyalty, Selfless-Commitment. I believe these values are key when establishing trust with those whom I treat.

In terms of qualifications, I hold:

  • a Sports Therapy Degree (1st Class Hons) giving me a deep insight into sports injuries, rehabilitation, complex manual therapy techniques;

  • a Level 3 Diploma in Sports Massage Level 3 allowing me to practice a broad range of holistic techniques to my repertoire; namely, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release and Swedish massage;

  • a Level 3 Diploma in Pilates allowing me to incorporate techniques that improve postural health, core strength and muscle flexibility into my treatments.

Principally, my experience as a therapist sets me apart from a standard massage provider. I have worked in London’s most prestigious hotels and spas providing treatments to high-profile individuals - understanding their need for the utmost discretion. Similarly, I have work with top business leaders and entrepreneurs helping them to balance the mental and physical effects of executive stress through my treatments.

In terms of sports, I have worked with some of Team GB’s top track and winter sports athletes. This, including professional footballers in both the Men’s and Women’s game.

I partake in continual CPD and academic research to ensure I stay up-to-date with the latest scientific research and cutting-edge treatment techniques.

“Tag is brilliant and the only massage therapist I will use.

He understands all the issues I have and gives great advice. And has prepared me twice for the London Marathon, which I finished. And I fully appreciate his flexibility to fit in with our times and home visit, and is also a very nice guy! I would fully recommend and have to all my contacts.”
